Milling-cutter plotter FlashCNC
Two types of work: milling machine and cutter plotter

Plotter FlashCNC is remote control device, steering by a computer, which is destined to mill, engrave, drill or mechanical cut, by using some kinds of milling cutters, bits, knifes etc. Our device can work in materials like: polymers, plastic, foil, styrofoam, wood, PCV, plexi, dibond, aluminium, steel etc.
The processing is realised by a rotational milling spindle, which is powered by an electric or pneumatic supply. The 3D trajectory of the move (in three axis) is realised, by precise stepping motors or servos with encoders. Plotters electronic circuits are made in SMD technology - it causes smaller size and weight. Mechanical parts are made by using only high quality components, machine's frame consist specialist, Switz aluminium profiles with higher fracture toughness and wear resistance.
The plotter's software - CNC Graph - cooperates with popular Microsoft executive systems like: 9X, Millenium, 2000, NT, XP. We can use the software to set all parameters of the machine and the software, allows to see or set visualization, processing simulation and many other controll functions and options (for example milling cutter height correction) on the imported file.
A milling plotter is connected to a computer by using a USB plug. A USB connection is faster and more reliable than R232 or Centronics ports and now it is a standard comunication protocol.

CO2 laser technology (10600 nm wave length allows cutting and engraving on materials: plexi, glass, wood, etc. ).

Lasers YAG i Fiber
Ideal solution to engrave on metals, polymers, plastic, etc.
The main difference to CO2 lasers is the other wave length (it causes that, we can engrave on other materials).
The main application: engraving data(name) plates, marking on many kind of material details (for example marking machine elements, tools on balanced production line), engraves on packets, etc.
Thermal plotters
Allows cutting styrofoam, foam, styrodur and other "foam" materials.
The main application is cutting words, baners logotypes any sophisticated shapes in styrodur, styrofoam, foam; production of artistic, building materials, elements of packets.
Ideal device for advertisment agency, useful in building and industry.
Milling-cutter plotter
Device functions universal milling machine with active cutter crease function.
Weighted construction, high precision makes our device really practise. Additional crease function, allows cutting in rubber, cartoon, seal materials, etc.
