Fiber laser marking machine is a high-tech device included with a profesiional laser source made in UK (SPI Lasers), which can be use to engraving or marking.

This device eliminate necessity to mark products with using labels, stickers. It is an ideal solution to mark bar codes, serial or batch numbers and other code designation. Additionally with a rotational (circle) table, there is a possibility to mark rotational elements, for example pens, pencils, glasses, shafts etc.

Hi-tech controll system (microprocessor included) allows cooperation with PC computer (or notebook) with a Microsoft Windows executive system. Additionally, device has own specialist software, which work together with popular graphic softwares like: CorelDraw, AutoCad, PhotoShop - file should be converted to HPGL .PLT file and then we can import this kind of file to machine's software.

Marking using Fiber technology makes engraved edges of letters and shapes more precise and detailed as compared with CO2 technology. Laser beam is enough thin to allow material processing without visible engraving lines, which laser CO2 left after marking!

Fiber laser marking machine has the same wavelength as the Nd:YAG (1064 nm), which allows processing materials not available for CO2 lasers technology. The main difference between Fiber and Nd:YAG is that, Fiber marking machine doesn't need period handling. There are no any problems with optics cleaning, because all components are hermetically closed in a airtight enclosure (no pollution, no waste gases), so it comes down costs of the running.

It is a great solution to mark on electronic circuits, data plates, mechanical parts like car's pistons , bench tools , metal sheets, shafts. Some other applications: engraving and marking leather, enclosures, pots and pans, keychains.

Electronic systems, included in a machine, are made in a modern high technology. Fast microprocessors and professional laser beam abberation systems (gavanometers), allow processing with a higher power, smaller beam and maximum effectivity. All electronic components are closed in a hermetically enclosure (dimensions like a standard PC computer), what foster making any move with a machine.
